I had that bike last year. It comes with brake mounts, they are removable.

Cranks would be Truvativ Holzfeller on FSA platinum 100mm isis bb. The holzfeller cranks are the latest shape and super light, peaty used to run them..

If it's bigger than 83mm it will be 100mm. I can sort you out with a 100mm crankset no problem; i have one.
Fork wise I can try and get some of those, or some Boxxers?
